Experience the famous Dublin pub culture with us! On this 3.5 hour tour, we take you out of the tourist area and visit some local bars with some local people!
We visit three different pubs on the north side of the river, introducing you to some of the best new craft beers and craft whiskeys in Ireland. Excellent traditional Irish food is available at a discount in one of the venues and we finish with a traditional Irish music session.
This tour costs €25 per person with all Irish gin and whiskey and craft beer tasters included in the price. (€12 non-drinker ticket).

The tour departs at 6PM at The Spire on O'Connell Street, our first stop is an 8 minutes walk where we stop in at a local Craft Beer bar and sample 3 of the best beers available learn a little about the influence of the craft beer industry in Ireland today. Samples of IPA, Chocolate Stout and Irish Red Ale a are included,
At the second location we will meet some real locals while tasting what could be considered as the best Guinness in Dublin, here we will tell you some history of Guinness even if you have visited the Guinness Storehouse on a tour.
At the 3rd location, it's food time, enjoy some local fresh made Irish food, we offer a discounted menu in a local pub that was recommended by Anthony Bourdain such as Irish Stew, Fish & Chips, Bangers and Mash etc averaging €10-12 per person (optional) In this local pub, famous for it musical history we introduced you to lesser known single malt whiskey and with the international surge of popularity of craft Gins we could not let the night pass without a sample of a first class Irish Gin & Tonic.
We finish the night off with a traditional Irish music session, Irish culture at it's finest. These are gatherings of local musicians who play for the love of music and don't get paid The music is played acoustic and a wide array of instruments may be in appear on any given night from fiddles, whistles, flutes, button accordions and at times a rare appearance of the harp. Sit back, grab a pint of the black stuff , chat with the locals and savour the atmosphere rarely found anywhere else in the world.
Q: Do I need book on line ?
A: Booking on line is advised to guarantee your reservation but you can come to The Spire before 6pm and pay on arrival, subject to availability .
Q: What's included in the tour?
A: All drink samples which includes 3 samples of craft beer, a glass of Guinness, sample of Single Malt Whiskey and Irish gin and Tonic.
Q: I don't drink, can I come along?
A: Non- drinkers are very welcome and we offer a non-drinker ticket available for €12.
Q: Is there any food included?
A: Food is not included but there is an opportunity to buy dinner at one location.
Q: Where does the tour end?
A: The end location changes nightly as we change the last venue to give our guests the best possible experience and we
choose the best music session available on any particular night. Our guides will give you directions to your accommodation. The end locations in never more than 15 minutes walk from The Spire. Taxis are available, the barman will be happy to order one for you.
